Having great balance while you swing is critical to playing good golf. If your feet wiggle and struggle to hold your balance or you come off your feet either forward or backward, you need to improve your balance. Start hitting balls with your feet together and keep them still as you turn back and through. Gradually widen your stance in small increments until you come to the ideal width that keeps you in balance for the shot. Flex your knees a little inward and feel your weight on the balls of your feet.
