Golf Tip Of The Week

Golf Tip Of The Week

If your putting stroke is jerky or you have a fast backstroke and a hurried through-stroke, you need to slow it down and smooth it out. One quick fix is to add weight to the back of your putter. You can buy lead tape at any golf shop and place up to twenty grams directly behind the sweet spot of your putter. The added weight should help you feel the club head better and allow you to make a slower, more controlled stroke.
